Use of the service
You agree to use Future Proof in compliance with applicable law and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of the content and data you bring. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You can export your data at any time.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing you agreed. Pilots are free for the stated period. Annual plans renew with prior notice; you may cancel per your plan terms.
Availability & warranties
We work hard to keep the service available and provide it with reasonable skill and care. Enterprise plans include a defined uptime SLA.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your order or master agreement.
